Estro is Italian Chef Antimo Maria Merone's first restaurant, launched in partnership with JIA group. A proud Naples native, Antimo is among the vanguard of chefs rewriting the rules of Italian cuisine. Dedicated to elevating Neapolitan cuisine through modern cooking techniques, Estro's refined tasting menus draw inspiration from Antimo’s homeland, with each dish evoking rich memories of his ancestors, history and childhood. Bringing a global perspective to regional cuisine, Estro acknowledges Antimo’s Neapolitan roots while showcasing his innate creativity and progressive style.

BOOKING POLICY

We ask for a deposit to secure all reservations, deposit value will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.

The dress code at Estro is smart casual, all male guests and children are requested to not wear shorts, sleeveless or sandals; we kindly request that guests refrain from using flash photography.

Please be advised that there is a $500HKD fee per cake. We are happy to store your cake in our kitchen while you are enjoying your meal.

Please be advised that there is a $1,000HKD corkage fee per 750 ml bottle (maximum two bottles per table) or a $2,000HKD corkage fee per Magnum bottle (maximum one bottle per table). However, we are happy to waive your first bottle only, when a bottle of wine is purchased from our wine list. Please be noted that wine opener "Coravin" is not permitted in Estro. Other spirits are not allowed.

Chef's Table Experience

Our Chef’s Table is an interactive culinary encounter, taking guests on a sensory journey as Chef Antimo brings cherished personal memories to life. The exclusively-crafted menu explores Chef’s deep connection to his Neapolitan heritage with a creative flair. Guests are invited to dine at the designated private space located adjacent to our open kitchen, offering an intimate setting for up to 5 guests.
